I’m unsure where this quote comes from, but it sums things up nicely.
There are many reasons why you might want to start exercising. For me, it changes all the time. Right now, it’s just about staying healthy and feeling capable and durable.
The focus is on getting in the reps and doing it in a way that suits your lifestyle. It’s about the process and the practice of lifting. Do that for long enough and things to fall into place.
